Yummy Santa Tested Candy
Peppermint Bark
2 Lbs. White Chocolate
12 Candy Canes
1/2 teas. Watkins Peppermint
Extract
Melt chocolate in the top of a double boiler.
Place 12 candy canes in a plastic bag and crush into 1/4 inch pieces. Stir candy and
flavoring into melted chocolate. Remove from heat and pour onto a 11 by 17 inch pan lined
with parchment or waxed paper. Chill until firm and break into pieces. Refrigerate until
ready to serve.
