Yummy Santa Tested Cookies
Meringue Tea Cakes
Bake at 375o for 20 min.
10” x 15” pan
2 egg whites
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. Watkins Vanilla
1 pkg. chocolate chips (6 oz)
1 cup nuts
1. Preheat oven to 350o
Cover cookie sheet with foil ( or brown paper)
2. Beat egg whites, add sugar till
forms stiff peaks. Add vanilla & chocolate chips.
3. Drop by teaspoons onto sheets.
Place in oven.
TURN OFF OVEN
Do not open oven for at least 6 hours or overnight.
You can substitute walnuts, pecans, raisins, M & M’s etc. for
variation
* Mrs. Santa only uses Watkins Vanilla. To use
other brands double the quantity.
