Yummy Santa Tested Desserts

Grasshopper Pie 

1 box “Famous” brand chocolate wafers - crumbled *
6 Tbs. melted butter.

Mix cookie crumbs, & butter & pat into 9” pie pan.

Melt 24 marshmallows & 2/3 cup milk in a double boiler - cool.

Stir in 1/4 cup creme de menthe & 2 Tbs. white creme de cocoa. Chill in freezer until syrupy. Fold in 1 cup heavy cream whipped (2 cups Cool Whip)

Pour into pie shell - chill in freezer. Shave chocolate over top.

* If you can’t find Famous Chocolate wafers, any chocolate cookie will work - even Oreo’s!
