Yummy Santa Tested Cakes
Chocolate Decadance
Bake at 375ofor 25 mins.
(Center will not appear set)
8 pan
16 squares semi sweet chocolate or 16
oz. chocolate chips
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 Tbs. flour
4 eggs separated into yolks and whites
1/2 tsp. Watkins Vanilla *
1/2 pint sour cream
Melt chocolate & butter.
Gradually blend in sugar & flour, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. With wire
whip blend in egg yolks one at a time, beating well. Stir in vanilla. Beat egg whites
until stiff. Fold into chocolate mix. Remove 1 cup mix and blend with sour cream. Pour
remaining mix into pan. Top with sour cream. Bake, cool, chill at least 4 hours.
* Mrs. Santa only uses Watkins
Vanilla. To use other brands double the quantity.
